Kick Start Cleanse

Aside from being cute, it’s an easy way to understand your body type and the optimal diet for that type. She operates two offices and lives in the Santa Barbara area, but she is available to all 80 Percent Kitchen clients interested in learning more about their body type, and starting a healthy, effective cleanse. Sugar Burner (Panda) Relatively weak appetite. Tolerates sweets and a moderate amount of alcohol but needs to be mindful and eat low fat proteins and fats such as chicken breast, low fat pork and white fish as well as low fat dairy. Over all 60-70% of their diet consists of plants.
Fat Burner (Polar Bear) has a strong appetite and needs plenty of good quality fat mainly from plants such as coconut and broccoli, but also does well with grass fed red meats such as lamb, bison, beef, dark poultry (thighs and legs) and fatty fish such as salmon, herring and sardines. Must limit their consumption of high starch, high sugar carbohydrates along with limiting their alcohol and caffeine use.
Mixed Burner falls between the Sugar burner and the Fat burner and their appetite varies. Just eat real food and make sure to eat a wide variety of good quality protein, good fats (mostly from plants) and low glycemic/sugar/starch carbohydrates for “balanced” nutrition.
